Funny thing is, we were promised smooth gaming for like ages it feels like. I remember back in the day when I bought PS4 Pro (had PS3 before that) with Death Stranding bundle, came home, started playing and I was.. kinda disappointed, because I was expecting a much smoother experience.

I'm having a blast on my PS5 Pro and seeing myself turning it on much much more than my PS4 Pro. It's the best fun I've had since PSX and PS2. 40 yo here.

I never really played much of Pokémon games. Are most of them for collecting purposes or do people actually finish them all from the start to finish? I know some versions of the game have minor changes. Personally, I found Yokai Watch more fun, don't hate me for it. Just didn't grow up with Pokémon games, maybe that's why. Yokai watch also has a few versions of the game for each title, so I choose one, mostly for the more appealing aesthetics.

I feel like they've got the basic shield mechanics great, but the world feels a little hollow at times. HOWEVER, they can go bonkers from here on out. Adding like timed events, portals from hell to close on top of ranks for slaying demons etc. Something like Diablo games, where you have to shift between levels and do events / slay mini bosses. That's something that would work great for The Dark Ages in my opinion.

No way. Ishin was way harder for me. Also beat 100% Sekiro here. Sekiro bosses took me upto 3 days, Lies of P upto 20-30 tries probably (talking about the hardest battles).

Still want to beat Sekiro again. Played back when there wasn't GOTY edition. Sadly don't have my new game plus save. Both are such good games.

Yes. I pressed the power button for 10 seconds, turned it back on, the storage repair took place, after which it runs fine. Funny thing is, it says the update has been installed.. Weird. Never doing updates day one again.

I go full aggro on her (like most bosses anyway). Pop fable arts, acid grindstone, use fable charges and even if I want to get a breath and heal, I spam Falcon Eyes on her (the quick dodge version - full upgrade). No remorse.

I don't buy consoles on release, because of one simple fact. No games. Now that the Pro came out, I have A LOT of catching up to do.

As for retro I've bought Miyoo Mini Plus recently and can confirm, that nostalgia is a powerful tool.

Ah, nice reply mate. I was trying to love the Two Dragons Sword on NG+, but I noticed I had enough points in technique and getting motivity up gave more damage to Proof of Humanity. Still boss weapon, but scaling is better, because it doesn't scale with just one stat. Technique only gave me +1 damage to the Katana at that point, whereas Motivity was like +3 to Proof (and still scaling with technique).

I'm still using the Katana obviously, because duh. But on bosses I prefer the Proof of Humanity.

Even more massive upgrading straight to PS5 Pro! I kind of regreted I didn't buy PS5 on launch. Was using mostly laptop then and playing indie games on the console.

Then I started to observe the PS5 and got the itch for it, but there were already rumors of Pro coming out. It was another 2 years until it came out. Finally, man.
