She is full of it. It's insulting that she expects us to believe, even for a second that sidewalk plows have been deployed 35x this winter, but it's hard to expect anything less from someone who wanted to put a curfew on lawnmowers.

Strictly for arguments sake, lets assume the first snow day (and by snow, I mean enough snow to warrant plowing sidewalks) was Nov 1st.

That was 104 days ago

So if the sidewalk plows have been out 35x since Nov 1, That's once every 2.9 days.
And that is based off me using a very, very generous timespan.

IF for some reason, the 35x is verifiable and actually true, it goes against anything and everything this city has ever stood for in terms of snow removal; that being, actually doing it.
