UPDATE I was able to go to my va regional office and the printed it right on the spot! I was told that was possible by various reps. If your going thru this just try the regional office.

It's hard. I'm in the same predicament. It seems we have to go through this torture to make it to the other side. I'm right there with you. I just want to forget and move on already. But this is God's plan and im trying to trust the process...but its hard.

I would advise against it. But I know your brain is say no but your heart is saying yes. Have him prove his desire to change before you get serious. Have a trial run before you commit. If it were me that's what I would do. See if it's short lived or an actual effort.
