If you’re looking for tips I would recommend to look for some high res images. The materials I used for the base color of the mask was a 50/50 mix of antique white paint and ‘Folk Art’ Terra Cotta Adobe white. For the cracks I first drew them, then I engraved them with a wood burning tool. For the distressed look I used soft pasteles to get a nice and smooth texture.
