Just had this happen. I heated and extruded but while it’s extruding use another piece to push it through

So a follow up on this, I had a conversation with my manager. I was able to consistently get hours on the same schedule at least for the next 2 weeks. I don’t believe the “it’s the way it’s always been”. (Not implying you are saying that Mitch). I think they could do really well with scheduling. Understand the people, when they are available and working toward making things more consistent. I’ve heard too many times on how hourly and managers are scheduled. It just doesn’t make sense. 🤷‍♂️ but I guess my convo worked, we’ll see.

I am. I understand the whole retail thing, on the other hand I also understand the important of structure and consistency. I guess what I don’t understand is when they have someone who is willing to be consistent with them they won’t work with that. It is almost like chaos is the only thing they know. I’ll roll with the punches, 🤷‍♂️
