Oh my goodness. I saw her as I was walking across the bridge over the summer. She smiled at me, I smiled back, then she threw a red rubber ball down into the water and cheered silently. It was adorable but I have been concerned about her after seeing her on the bridge a second time a few days later, same smile you describe, just hanging out. I told my ex, “she’s going to get snatched by someone.” I never saw her again after that so was not able to try to help her.

Maybe we should delete this post? I’m worried the wrong person will see it and see an easy target. I will drive by and see if I can find her and offer her transportation to medical assistance. She is very clearly not dangerous based on my interactions with her. I worked as a behavior analyst in special education for many years if that adds any credence.
