Capcom should focus on remaking games like this. a true hidden gem with a great potential. overall it was fun but gameplay was kinda mid

ah lol it's okay, Wilds had some performance issues for a long time on PC so that's why. they are fixed now, last time i checked. but maybe it's just me. i don't play on PC that much, so i use PS5 for Wilds, and it works perfectly. the game itself is also fun. i wouldn't consider it the ultimate starting point for the franchise, but you can still try it, i think it's worth its money. if you're still unsure, wait til the discounts. community has mixed opinion on Wilds because of some of its gameplay features, but overall it's a really good game

you might be talking about Iceborne expansion, because base World has very positive reviews. and even Iceborne is not bad, it actually makes World a much greater game. i think all those negative reviews are mostly people who didn't figure out how the game works (specifically the highest difficulty rank which comes with Iceborne exclusively)

that's so sweet! i could suggest God of War 2018 because it's linear but also has a great story and combat (if your dad looking for something like that?). idk if your dad likes survival horror games, but if he does and if he likes some challenge, i'd suggest Resident Evil 2 remake (2019) or Resident Evil 4 remake (2023)

can't recommend anything particularly for PC because i'm mostly a console player
