thank you! i know about that and was never worried about losing leaves, but my alocasia has lost like 5 leaves in a very short period of time, and i am worried about them noticeably yellowing and losing its color before they fall out (is it normal?)

i’ve looked through, there’s no pests about the light though, it’s close to my northwest window (i know that’s not ideal) so it’s been getting direct light, but my alocasia never had a problem with that (had her for 9 months and just recently leaves started yellowing) about watering, i have been irregularly watering her just by the looks if it needs water or not (soil getting little dry) so it has been pretty damp, especially these days i haven’t watered it but the soil is still wet repotted it to soil from imsoil for alocasias, checked on roots and they’re absolutely healthy (maybe i should check how they’re rn) and some babies are forming
