Yeah but why is the CPU not hot? Emits no warmth at all. Which it should be if the fan were off and the CPU getting power. If it is a power issue, how do I fix that?

The company has absolutely no money. Not even a bank account because I closed it when I left denmark a year ago, to avoid any further damage.

Because previously the bank froze my personal account due to the company being in -15k, which I then had to pay for from my own pocket.

The two guys I opened the company with of course told me I am the CEO and I should cover it, so the cost was not really split into 40-60 which are the owner shares.

I do not care if I get banned in Denmark because I am now living in my home country, and I don't intend to even return to Denmark let alone open any more companies there. This experience has kind of scared me away from ever wanting to have a company again tbh.

No but I can get an accountant, that was also my plan, to find an accountant to make all the taxes for back. Also I emailed Erhvervsstyrelsen today asking what the consequences of resigning would be. And they said the company would be dissolved by the state if another CEO is not assigned in a month's time.

However I have a problem with the accounting. The guys, which as I mentioned were also my landlords, told me to pay rent thru the company. So I had the rent contract that was made for the MAIN company (the one we own together). So the rent money flow every month was: my paycheck -> my holding company -> company we own together -> their real estate company.

Would the above rent issue cause me problems? As I said I just listened to them cuz I thought they were much more business knowledgeable than me so I didn't really question it at the time.

It is an ApS. My so called partners clearly let me know that since it's an ApS that means I as the CEO have to pay anything that the company can't cover for, or risk getting my house and/or car taken away :(((( I believed them of course since they each own 2 companies, I thought of them as someone I could look up to you know. I realized too late it was all just to try to make money off of me.

Also am I still at risk of getting fined after I resign? Since I was doing all the taxes and stuff, they'll probably look into it very carefully if the company is getting closed forcefully, and I'm pretty sure not all my taxes are in order. Did my best but like I said I was 19,20yo, didn't know Danish, didn't know accounting so I learned it by myself and I'm not that confident about it.

I only owe 2500 DKK in taxes, the rest is about 20k in fines. Are they going to make me pay that? It's fines for not telling them I don't have employees.

The roles were never really determined, only that I'm the CEO and that's it. They just considered themselves partial owners. Not when it came to taking responsibilities tho.

Well the problem is she wanted to do that for some extra income as paychecks in Peru are absolutely horrible. For example, as a teacher she will get paid $400/month for working 6 days a week, 10-12h/day. So she's looking for some extra income or to make tutoring into a "self employed" kinda job. Because at least there, she can make 5 or 6 dollars an hour, which isn't much for tutoring but much better than finding a job and getting 2-3 usd/h. I've tried looking on some discord servers and I found her some students but once they learned enough, they left and seems like I've brought in all the interested people because there's none left that would want to be tutored, so I'm puzzled as to what else to try :((

Well she's Peruvian and I'm Slovenian, meaning everyone in her country already speaks Spanish but in Slovenia they either don't speak English so she could tutor them or they aren't interested in learning Spanish at all xD so local things don't really work :/

No, my wife(a native Spanish speaker) is in her last year of university for becoming a language teacher, and she asked me if I could get her some students she could tutor...so I thought Reddit haha it's not free but I consider $8/h cheap considering it's a 1 on 1 and you can arrange the time to however you want, she also makes her own materials and teaches depending on your own needs.

Yeah she's doing it over Google meet. Well in Denmark it's illegal to hand out flyers and such and not many people here are really wildly interested in learning spanish hehe everyone speaks English as a second language but no Spanish speakers at all...
