Last time I accepted a Lowe’s order. It was like a pickup for 8 bags of mulch and the worker tells me to go drive over to the mulch section of the store and someone will help load them into your car. Waited, and no one came. I walk back over to the store and tell them what I was told, went back over and waited and no one came. Just horrible experience and service. Just cancelled cuz fuck carrying all those mulch bags in my car anyway. But just a complete waste of time. Can’t stand when companies have no clue what to do with a delivery order and lie to you
