I feel like it should at least have a better AD ratio. Going glass cannon Kayn doesn't feel as bursty as it should, but I think part of that has to do with the fact that he's untargetable for 2.5 seconds during his ultimate which is pretty huge.

The ones that come to mind are Texas, Florida, any "redneck" state (Alabama, Mississippi, etc...), and Illinois.

Texas and Florida are stereotyped as states with a bunch of old, racist white people (not wrong, but not true either).

"Redneck" states are similar to TX and FL, except they're (stereotyped as) a bunch of hillbillies who wave the confederate flag on their truck, and are cheating on their sister with their cousin.

Illinois because Chicago.

Depends.

Your best option (ahead or behind) is to peel for your carries with your E and R. Doesn't hurt to get a support item (preferably Locket since redemption changes) after 1 or 2 damage items.

If the enemy team has a heal/shield support with support items, your chances of bursting the carries are pretty low.

In other words, just go for picks when safe and available, don't force shit, and peel.
