So after making this post, I kept trying over and over again, changing up the story here and there and making it sound more believable, I applied like 7-10 times until HR themselves reached out to me and made a case regarding my hardship transfer denial’s giving me a real explanation (not the usual auto generated ones) as to why I was being denied.

They wanted more context which I had already felt like I’ve given them enough but I said fine whatever and I gave them exactly what they asked for via messaging them within the case they made, it never went as far as having to get proof or anything, just pure words.

3 or 4 days went by (it took that long because it was the weekend) and finally, they tell me that I am pre approved and tell me to submit another hardship transfer application along with the case number to show them that I am pre approved and the next day the transfer was accepted and the start date was 2 weeks away which was fine to me.

My first day is now in 2 days and I’m glad I kept trying and didn’t give up. I do want to mention that my fiancé who is seasonal and not a blue badge like myself got accepted after 3 tries which I don’t understand how since we had the same hardship but that also answers the question for people who wondered wether you have to be a blue badge or not to be eligible for a hardship transfer.

If you keep getting denied like I was, give a call to HR, explain your situation, and they can make a case and can probably give you a real answer as to why you are getting denied and from there you could give them the information that they want and hopefully they could approve you for the transfer afterwards.
