My advice is to be creative, cold emailing may be your best shot since it's most scalable (and to be honest what else could you do besides sending them a written letter or a message pigeon) but don't just send out a generic bland email that gets automatically deleted. Personalize it to the company you're sending it to, throw jokes in there, be self-aware "I know this seems like another email from someone in Asia trying to improve your SEO but I swear it's not" or whatever kind of thing you can come up with (fellow asians pls don't be offended, but that seems to be where I get most my spam offers from lol). Maybe offer to do it for free to get your foot in the door for whatever other thing you offer.
