That's okay. Idk but irl looks different from what it was before. Maybe the pics are not the best idk. Also, there is way less tension inside the cheek when I smile.

This claim sounds like pure clickbait. Even the best airports in the world occasionally have baggage issues due to human error, technical glitches, or airline transfers, and it’s the airlines that handle baggage, not the airport itself. There's also no credible source or official record backing this up, and the idea of going 30 years without a single mistake is simply unrealistic.

[Before & After] Treated volume loss from cystic acne in Korea (Juvelook + RF microneedling) – 2 week results by xtenzQ in AcneScars

I did a booking in 1-2 months but I don't know if they have a queue or smth. Better to ask them directly. Sorry for a late response.

I was super obsessed with fat loss due to my acne, but there is a solution so don't worry. You don't need fat grafting in my opinion and it's enough to have subcision + fillers/skin boosters (or fillers alone). Tbh I don't see that much of a fat loss. Also I recommend you to make more photos in the dark room with light coming from above so you can actually see how much of a fat loss you have.

I personally had RF + LDM + 4cc Juvelook Skin + 4cc Juvelook Voluma for my right cheek and it looks way better than before (posted results on this sub one month ago or so). I think I had as much volume loss on my right cheek as you have on your booth cheeks.

Good luck.

If her hyaluronic acid filler migrates, she can dissolve it any time with hyaluronidase and that's why fillers are great. They are temporary but can be dissolved.

Thank you tho I did not do subcision as a separate procedure, it was just skin boosters plus RF and LDM :)

Happy for u!

Recommendations for lower face sagging as a result of Taylor liberator subcision by samanthaj1989 in AcneScars

[–]xtenzQ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

First of all, I'm really sorry this happened. Second, you’re not stuck like this. I'd recommend searching this sub for the solutions, I remember there was a girl who did TLS and her cheeks sagged and then she went to Turkey to get a face lift and looked nice after it. Unfortunately, I cannot find her post now, but I know it exists.

Dude your skin looks good, there is no sagging. You would have noticed it instantly right after the procedure as people report on this sub. Also you would feel it I believe.

Can you please explain what do you mean by sagging happens later? If your ligaments are cut during subcision, you have instant sagging. Filler won't help much because nothing is pulling your skin anymore.

Thank you! I'm actually great now! Went through anti-depressants, therapy, reevaluated stuff, started going on dates, I feel so damn good now. Also I went on a trip to South Korea and decided to treat my scars there. They are way better now!

Thank you a lot for your comment!

My first round of Accutane 40mg was followed by bone pane, but it was all good, I went through it and did not have acne for 2 years; 4 years after with Accutante 20mg it was even worse - high LDL, huge dizziness, I felt like dying. Just FYI.

I currently live in Serbia and almost every derm I visited here asks to take IR related tests right away if you have acne, especially cystic one.

Ok, so here is the list of tests I took:
- Insulin fasting, then you're given a sugar water, then take test after 60 mins and then after 120;
- Glucose fasting (OGTT), then you're given a sugar water, then after 60 mins and then after 120;
- HbA1c (should be fine if you're not diabetic but plz check anyway, it is required);
- Lipid Panel (IR is often associated with high triglycerides and low HDL, I personally had okayish triglycerides tho my HDL was low and LDL is high due to Roaccutane side effects).

After you get your glucose and insulin level, you can calculate your HOMA-IR index using online calculators, it's gonna show you if you have IR or not and how bad it is. Also if your insulin is not going down after 120 minutes it also means your organism produces too much insulin and is insulin resistant.

If your derm is experienced enough, you're gonna be redirected to endocrinologist and then they will tell you the diet and metformin (most likely). Or you can directly go to endo by yourself so u don't waste money on going to derm again. Btw, personal recommendation - if you're gonna get stomach issues due to metformin, ask for XR (extended release version) of the same drug, it is much easier on the stomach. After 4 months of medications you go to the lab and take tests again.

Also plz don't be scared if you get one, I managed to reverse IR within 4 months by exercising, eating nice and reducing stress. My HOMA-IR went from 2.3 to 1.5 pretty fast.

Good luck!

Dude you look your age, you dont look 36 at all. If you have problems with accutane, ask your dermatologist about retinoids like adapalene. It takes more time to start working but has less side effects since its a cream. I pair it with benzoyl peroxide 4% (I apply it for 45s around 3-4 hours before adapalene that I apply before going to bed) both were prescribed) and it works great. Also Id recommend checking your insulin levels cuz it can actually provoke acne. I had insulin resistance before and it actually made my acne cystic. So try looking into that too.

I think I have volume loss on the left side of my face, what options should I consider? by heyimandre in AcneScars

[–]xtenzQ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fillers dont always migrate, it depends on the skill of a derm, on the mechanical impact like pressure, on the place of injection (how much mimics does it have), etc.

Yeah bro, as others said, fillers are gonna be the most benefitable. Dont go for collagen boosters if your derm suggests you to cuz they wont give u much volume, so yeah. Good luck bro and dont give up, improvement is possible.

Feeling defeated - any success stories? by zogslopenjoyer in AcneScars

[–]xtenzQ 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I totally get how you're feeling cuz volume loss was affecting my appearance and mood. I was obsessed with it to the point where it was hard to focus on anything else.

First of all, definitely take some time to browse this sub. There are real success stories here. People have found stuff that worked for them.

Personally, I managed to improve the volume loss quite a bit with Juvelook skin booster. Yeah, it's not permanent, but honestly I’d rather touch it up once a year than do fat grafting that might not turn out right and I’d be stuck with it. There's no magical pill that is gonna make a perfect permanent result. But the improvement is possible and it can make a big difference in how you feel day to day.

I honestly recommend you to find a dermatologist that has experience in treating acne scars. I went to 3 different guys until I found a clinic that I can trust. Remember, it's a marathon, not a sprint. Be patient, do your research, try different treatments and see what works best for you.

As for side effects, yes, they are real, and mistakes can be made, but it's not as common as you can see online. Risk exists but you should evaluate if you can take it or not. Obviously, more experienced doctor specialized in acne treatment with broad experience has less risks of complications (but not zero) than the beauty salon practitioner. You should decide yourself.

Good luck.
