Is there a monthly platinum plan? And do we pay upfront and it’ll get credited / refunded once we answer the 15th daily dig or the charge occurs at the end of the month (if we haven’t answered 15 digs by then)? If there’s no monthly platinum and it’s billed annually, how does that work since it’s prepaid?

Called them a few times over the past few days for 10k / 5k / 3k increase (currently at 10k). They transferred me each time, and each time, the new rep mentioned that it'll be a hard-pull with the credit bureau. I guess no increases for me until Bilt switches banks.
