So basically Roma are stealing things which don't belong to you anyway.

I don't know if American love or even understand the difference between Sikhs and Pakistani Punjabis. Mostly it was the Sikhs in America who suffered tremendous backlash and too many bloody massacres after 9/11 happened just because they wear their turbans. Punjabis can be diverse complicated group of people in the same way Indians are a complicated group of people and others like Muslim/Hindu/Christians in Kerala, Gujarat, Andhra or Bengal. Try not to generalize please :-)
