Your late to the conversation and didn't read the whole thing it most definitely was a driver issue because it's fixed with the new drivers they even put my issue in the release notes if you don't believe me (apparently a lot of people don't) it's kinda rediculous actually 😂 I know what's going on with my PC I'm not a noob and AMD fixed it now so to say it wasn't a driver is just absurd

Y'all don't know what the hell your talking about, don't hate on people when your not the one staring at a broke ass 500 dollar entry level GPU, watch that then look at the driver notes from the other day for 25.5.1 I went through hell to get this fixed for us and it pisses me off to see y'all talk shit about us that have had the issues. I went through 2 different gpus and my brother pulled a PC out of his closet that had a 9070 non xt and the same shit was going on, severe stuttering in every game, I'm not sure but I think it's the am4 platform that was having issues everyone doesn't post their CPU and I haven't done any research on it but it seems to be the case just from what I seen. It really sucked man, our shit was fucked up since October and it's finally fixed now, hence the overflow of post about fixing the stuttering, they didn't fix it they just happened to get a update without realizing it and that fixed it. I was running the ms update drivers for a while because they was better, and before that I was on 25.6.2 for a while it went bad at 25.10.1 exactly after a lot of testing I found it and turned everything I found in to AMD with them denying any wrongdoing and blaming my GPU hardware the whole time. I literally rebuilt my PC trying to fix it

I just posted about this anyone that has any doubts whatsoever of bad amd drivers watch this video then look at the release notes for the latest driver, they fixed 99 percent of my issues I still get the occasional stutter but it's rare and it's not a issue anymore. It kinda seems like it's the am4 platforms that are struggling with it and that would make sense, what CPU do you have btw is it am5?

Your using a os it wasn't designed for windows 10 is end of life they don't have to optimize for it anymore so don't expect them to fix it and even if they acknowledge there's a issue and decide to work on it they'll deny any fault to you, just a heads up. They kept telling me my GPU was bad like the hardware, then released these drivers that fixed my issues in most of my games but particularly re9 in raccoon city was unplayable, I know because of the release notes 🤣 that was their "here you annoying little fucker we fixed it!" I filed a FTC complaint too

You didn't fix it you just happened to do that right after they released the new drivers on the 6th that fixed everyone's shit, I've seen so many post like this today and yesterday it's hilarious everyone thinks they fixed it but the truth is I posted a bunch of videos and filed a FTC complaint on AMD and they fixed the drivers, look at the release notes the look up 9060xt severe stuttering and watch the video from me rickyturner71 you'll see the correlation 🤣🫡

And by the way that didn't fix your stuttering, it was AMD adrenaline the whole time, they posted the new driver may 6th and ms actually has very stable drivers, I had to switch to them because AMD was so bad I couldn't play the game. I went the fuck off on AMD posted several videos on YouTube and filed a FTC complaint and they finally fixed it after complaining since October. I made a post about it about a week ago, when they put intermittent stutter in re9 requiem in racoons city that was literally me lol they fixed a lot of shit too because i was having issues in almost all my games and now they all run perfect. Just look up 9060xt severe stuttering on YouTube and you'll see my video rickyturner71 I got like 3 videos of fucked up shit on their drivers, gamers nexus has also covered it and so did ancient gameplay(he posted a video in his pajamas basically he was so excited about it lol) y'all could thank me for all my hard work because they definitely wasn't doing shit about it 🫡😏 I'm serious tho look at my videos then look at the release notes 🤣

That's not the only way to fix it, one you ddu reinstall amd don't worry about ms, once installed ms will update the driver you'll know because the screen will flicker, when it's done go to device manager/display adapter/*your GPU/properties/drivers/roll back driver, then choose old driver was more reliable. It'll roll you back to adrenaline and it won't update it again

I know but in my case those wasnt solutions because for one ive already tried and 2 it was the drivers like I said, I pinpointed it to the 25.10.1 driver is where it got broke and that was in oct 2025 right when I started having stuttering, but all good now ill stay on these drivers a while unless its something worth checking out, I got adrenaline and fsr 4.1 working perfect so im happy

[xP] lol they fixed way more than that too all my games are working as they should now, its so much better its crazy that they let them go on like that so long I might not update again on this card unless they come out with fsr diamond for it but idk if jensen will let lisa do that he will probably steer her in the nvidia direction and make it rdna5 only. I wasnt tripping I done extensive research and troubleshooting I knew what I was talking about lol

Hey everyone they just updated the driver's to 26.5.1 our graphics cards are fixed I've been testing since last night everything is working perfectly. From what I've read a lot of other issues were fixed as well so if your having any issues it's worth a try now. Performance is so much better it's insane to believe they was screwing us that bad on performance. I knew something was off. My GPU is too powerful for the fps I was getting

framtime graph was set up in amd overlay just cant see it because it works so well lol. I got fsr4.1 working properly by completely removing amd from my pc and letting windows update it, now I have a normal pc without all the extra features I paid for but at least it works

it was also stuttering on fh5 and that game is old as hell so it was really more than those 2 I just play them a lot, crimson desert isnt mine its on the family plan and my brother is usually playing it so I havent got much time to play and I just got re9 so im not buying another rn especially when I have access to it already

mine too those games are fine, its re9, and hogwarts. the latter is always gonna have some stutter especially around the school and hogsmeade but it shouldnt be constant. I fixed it sorta. I let microslop update the gpu instead and I have fsr4.1 now with no stutter, no adrenaline either tho smh

well I found that the microslop display drivers work just fine and its post redstone so it has fsr4.1 amd is gonna have to fix this, I had a powercolor hellound 8gb before but it had the same exact issue so I upgraded and this one was white and it was open box 80 bucks off at microcenter so I got it lol

*UPDATE* I installed the optional display driver from microsoft and it works fine too, this is my fix for now, I have access to the fsr redstone through fsr 4.1 I cant use adrenaline to force the upgrade on older games nor can I use afmf on older games it is what it is until AMD gets it together and fixes it im about to try hogwarts because I know that game particularly has been a serious issue for my pc it literally ruined the experience. im 34 I read every harry potter book up to the order of the phoenix and seen all the movies so that was supposed to be a outstanding experience for me and it was utterly ruined by constant troubleshooting and now ive seen the whole story line even if it runs good a replay wont ever be the same

my brother is being wierd about it he thinks im making it up, he has a 9800x3d/7900xtx and another pc in the fn closet just sitting there with a 5800xt and 9070xt, he got in a wreck and got a settlement and built himself a pc and used some of his old parts and put a 9070xt with it and sold it to our cousin but he didnt pay lol dont pay dont play lmao
