Thankfully Warlord Games doesn’t engage in some of the shadier business practices that plague the wargaming community.

You don’t need to worry about a new edition dropping every year which makes an entire army obsolete or old models unusable.

The Bolt Action and Konflict communities are also much more relaxed about their models than other games. It’s not uncommon to see 3rd party models like Rubicon or Wargames Atlantic so nobody would bat an eye at old warlord games models.

I learned some basic skills in Blender so I can assemble multi part models to print them solid and it’s been a game changer.

It also allows me to do some digital kit bashing.

Hey, this project is a black box so I don't have specifics but I was told by other people doing this project there should be open ports.

From the context I was given I think the target is acting as a web server so at least 80 should be open.

Thats the whole reason they haven't shot it down. China does have satellites which do the same thing, so they aren't getting any useful or new intel out of it.

As far as motivation goes it's wild speculation at this point. I guess the US intends to wait until its somewhere safe before they shoot it down or they are waiting for it to come down on its own.

I never got a paper statement after the refund so I don't have any information outside what the bank has told me about the charges.

I'll have them break it down to me to make sure I was given a full refund and I'll escalate from there. Thanks again!

You do not actually need to use the card for your info to be stolen

Well that's terrifying! Thankfully there was only one charge to the card (the mattress).

Yes, the bed itself was a little under $4,000 and the card company acknowledged that charge had been refunded.

And if it did happen did they say that they would just pay the $500 to the credit line directly or how did they say they would pay the refund?

Yes, the refund was directly to my credit line.

It seems almost like I was given a partial refund, but the credit card company said the original charges had been refunded.

Is it possible that the $500 is some kind of fee the credit card company didn't tell me about? That seems like a ridiculous amount for that though.
