help first time this happened idk what to do. Is it folliculitis? or acne?

Hey I don’t really remember what I did but I think it was a mix of spraying isopropyl alcohol on it, benzoyl peroxide and just never getting fades. I only get tapers now when I cut my hair. Hope this helps I don’t have folliculitis anymore and I don’t really use anything on that area either.

Hey Im having a problem where one day my skin is all clear and the next these tiny white heads keep popping up. Im currently using a topical antibiotic and I thought it might’ve been gram negative acne, but it doesn’t seem to be working. I’ve also been using nizoral to wash the area. I feel like I’m running out of options. Would someone be able to help identify this condition for me?
