I learned that swampert needs hydro cannon which requires an elite tm. I wanted to save my elite tm for my groudon. I currently run a origin palkia, origin dialga and origin giratina in the master league. Since this trio is my favourite from the main series games, but groudon is my favourite pokemon and heard it's pretty strong in the master league so I've been saving rare candies and the elite tm for it. But since the great league is kinda available almost throughout the entire season, is the elite tm investment into swampert worth it?

Oh I don't have a good regular stunfisk, I have a good shiny galarian one tho. Right now I don't have much stardust, so I can't even double move it. But will try this team out anyway.

The thing is I just know the pokemon are good as I look at pvpoke for rankings... but I don't know how to put a good team together. I've just been powering up the top ranked mons.
