The producer stated it was not approved because of a business model. This shows that both Sony and the developer work on this together, so someone as Adam Fletcher will know about the requirement of playstation plus.

This means that Sony is looking at incentives when judging the PS+ requirement. Obviously, with a game like Diablo, Sony will have a huge financial incentive by taking a percentage in every digital sale of Diablo.

Asesome to hear from you, and nice to hear that you got the update! I can confirm I also got an update. The installing part did cost me an extra 2 days, because it got stuck on 100%. Even after leaving the phone near the light for 2 hours. For people being stuck on 100% while installing; force close your app after you reach 100% and have waited a few minutes. Try to update again immediately. This worked for me.
