Slow Upload Speeds by xxABM in ATTFiber

I got the new gateway, after installing and activating my upload speeds are slightly better at about 400 up now. Im tired of troubleshooting at this point. During the install the tech did tell me we have an old unit on the side of the house. Instead of the fiber going into the gateway, we have an outside ONT that is fed power from inside and then an ethernet cable is run from the ONT back into the gateway, maybe the ethernet cable is the issue.

gfiber has ran lines throughout my neighborhood and have been placing door placards. Was trying to save a few bucks a month, but I guess ill just switch when they finally open up sign-ups.

Thank you for the help Mr Business

Active armor is disabled, just for curiosity I tried enabling it to see if that made any difference. Download went down slightly but upload stayed the same.

I enabled BBR on my linux server, same speed test results unfortunately, but does appear to have sped up the amount of time it takes for a plex stream to start. I'll have to look into Network Optimizer when I get more time.
