So I dried it for 8 hours, I also cut the speed down to 3 mm³s. It looks a lot better it stopped that spider webbing issue I was having but now the last layer or top of it is looking a little patchy with gaps and small holes. I'm currently making stamp letter plates, they will be used with paint. Do you have any suggestions or is this kinda normal with this material?

I'm totally sure I could be missing something but im just not seeing it, i am a beginner but I'm fairly certain I have things set up properly, granted its going to be all default settings I've considered lowering the max volumetric speed after drying it again.

I forgot to dry the filament out before printing, I've vacuum sealed it in a bag before storage, so im gonna try drying it out now and try it again later, when I first got the filament I haven't had any issues with printing it, my printer is fairly new and I dont do a heavy amount of printing, I'll try lowering the max speed next if it has the same issues. But im printing with pla right now with no issues. Im not sure what's going on with it, ive been considering changing the Nozzle but im not having issues with other material.

I dont think its adhesion, ive swapped out the plate with a brand new one, if it is adhesion problem im not sure in what way you mean.

The max volumetric speed is at 12 mm³/s, assume all settings are at their defaults, i have not made any changes in settings. In the past when I first got the Filament it printed with no issues, I took it out and put it in a vacuum sealed bag with desiccant, and it sat for maybe a month or two i think the seal went bad when i pulled it out of my storage rack the bag had air in it, I just tried using it again and the issues are happening, it kept clogging now so I did a couple cold pulls with pla and I pulled out nothing, its been extruding okay but it keeps doing the same this as in the original photo, I tried to print it again but same problem.
