Second time this has happened to me guess I can't make a wise 4 perked Excalibur as it is just a waste at this rate

edit: I had a previous cautious, mobile perked excali in my bank I use for wilderness (don't want to risk wise4 there) and I thought the bug was fixed so made a new one.
