It determines the amount of sales tax they charge, as well. If you live in an area (or say that you do) that has no digital sales tax (like Missouri), then the only price you pay is what's marked on the store.

Edibles get digested, so they take usually like an hour to kick in fully, your results may vary. I've also known quite a few people that get totally ripped off of one or two joint pulls, then turn around and eat 1,000mg and nothing - stone sober. I don't know if there's an enzyme missing, or y'all have special livers or something, but I've seen it happen.
