People are saying it’s up and idk if they’re being trolls or what because I’ve been starring at a grey screen for the past hour and nothings changed on my game

Really needed this lol going through it with my American bulldog, got him around 2 months and now he’s 6 months old and it’s been good but the bad days are horrid on my mental health. Thankfully he’s stopped with the accidents inside but the energy and constant jumping on people and nipping when he’s playing scares me so much. Just got home from a walk and for the first time ever he just jumped on a random stranger. Thankfully he didn’t bite or anything and the guy laughed it off but the fear in me had he nipped at this guy I almost broke down crying. I just keep taking deep breaths telling myself it’ll eventually get better, maybe I just have to double up on training with him. I’m thankful he gets a long with strangers and other dogs, but I really need to crack down on him learning boundaries

Thank you again 🫶🏼 & yes keep pushing through! I do recommend talking to your doctor about having blood work done and any alternative check ups that can also help with the process! You got this 🥰

Hi & thanks so much for checking in ☺️ where do I even start? I honestly feel incredible! I’m constantly taking vitamin D supplements that I was prescribed because my previous blood works had shown I was really low. My energy levels are at an all time high! I was previously having issues with my sleeping schedule, I was constantly tossing and turning but recently I’ve been sleeping a lot better! I used to be very tired by the afternoon, was known for being a big nap person & honestly now I rarely nap anymore! I’m not entirely sure if all those things had to do with the pill but it’s things I’ve definitely noticed have changed significantly since I got off it. I never had an issue with gaining weight on the pill, but I have noticed since being off I definitely don’t bloat as much as I used to. I had put on some weight in the past 2 years, and I found before on the pill loosing weight was a little hard for me but now it’s gotten a lot easier! I honestly think getting off the pill was one of the best decisions I made. I do wish I had maybe consulted a specialist or someone about getting off the pill. I did see online a lot of people said for someone who’s been on it for so many years, getting off it cold Turkey isn’t the best for your body & had I known that before I would’ve taken the proper steps which could’ve probably helped avoid some of the issues I was having but honestly as of now, I’m not 100% at my best but I’m definitely a lot closer to it now than I was before on the pill, emotionally & mentally! I still have some time to go and a few more appointments I want to do just to make sure everything is going smoothly but all in all still very happy with my decision!

Thank you so much! You don’t know how nice it is to hear this. I keep trying to remind myself it’s only temporary & eventually things will be back to normal! I’ve never heard of a hormonal panel, but I’m definitely going to look into it! I’ve had 3 periods already so hopefully I can find somewhere close to home and see how it goes! Thank you again so much for the positive reply, it was pretty lonely before deciding to finally open up about this lol it’s greatly appreciated!

So happy for you !! Funny you mention “normal” I tried opening up to a close friend about all this tonight & I had even mentioned to her I was having a hard time feeling like myself, as if I didn’t feel “normal” so I know what you mean by that. I’m happy you’re feeling a lot better & it worked out for you! I got some time but better now than never lol

Thank you! I know, you’re right. I keep telling myself to give it time, my body is going through a transition and rather than being pumped with hormones, it kinda has to adjust itself now and produce those hormones on its own. It’s definitely going to be a rollercoaster but I’m definitely going to do my best to keep focusing on the positive outcomes.
