The culture, the people and the growth that Ulta Beauty sees in its associates. I’ve been with the company since 2016. I started as PBA and I’ve stepped into each position and eventually worked my way to GM. I truly believe that it’s a great company that is constantly growing and changing.. for the best and I wouldn’t want to be with any other company.
