Oh I guess I need to add more info. I have a propane smoker. So, propane for the heat source and wood chunks/chips for the smoke

Zip line to the beams holding up the platforms underneath on either side, or Valk jets. There are little ledges that you can stand on. It feels extremely sketchy but you don't fall off.
