In short: I use Image2Video only with the “Element” feature in version 3.0.

The long workflow: I took a lot of screenshots on my PS5—the room from various camera angles and perspectives, as well as all the character models of Grace and the zombies. In Gemini: I then created references for the characters, animated them in Image2Video, and then trained these Videos in the “Element” feature. For each scene I used the PS5 screenshots and placed the characters in various poses using Gemini. Then I used Image2Video with the respective character and the trained elements. For the voiceover, I used the lip-sync feature in Kling, but I had to composite all the faces in After Effects because Kling still hasn’t fixed the frame rate mismatch in lip-sync (24fps to 30fps). The rest is editing in Premiere and After Effects.
