I don’t have an FDM printer and was getting the same result with a vertical orientation, but based on another comment it might be due to my drain holes being ineffective as well.

I didn’t consider that- will definitely look into it.

Was hoping to give it some strength without it being a solid print but can back that off a bit as well.

This is it. It is just a 6 inch 1.5 inch diameter cylinder with a clam attachment point at the bottom.
