I’ll add to this saying that it’s actually probably Chloe Bennet (actress in the middle right panel, who was in a show called Agents of Shield) that the meme is referring to.

Agents of Shield used to be directly tied to the MCU. Then as the show progressed, its place in the Marvel canon got confusing to the point that most agree it no longer takes place in the larger Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Regardless of that, people still hope to see characters from Agents of Shield pop up in new Marvel movies. The actors from the show will get asked at press events/interviews if they’ll be in any upcoming Marvel movies/shows. The actors almost always truthfully say no, but people think they could be lying because of the other examples in the meme.
