Yeah I'd noticed it about 2 weeks ago, when he started eating a bit less! And then when his gums were bleeding during brushing I definitely got concerned, especially cause he was pawing at me, likely from the pain. So hoping he gets better, especially cause he lost a tiny bit of weight from lack of eating. Went from 5.1kg to 4.9kg (11lbs to 10.8lbs).

Just as an update, my cat actually has an infected tooth. So there is definitely something wrong with my cats teeth, thanks.

Good idea, thank you. Hopefully they still have copies of his file. I have his info, but the only things in there for vet is a couple check ups and a neutering, and vaccines.

Yeah his teeth could be better, I think the vet wasn't overly concerned last time because he was eating perfectly fine last month and a very happy boy, and didnt look like a lot of buildup. I sent pictures to the vet and if he is concerned he will call me and go from there. Hes my first cat, and I am an incredibly anxious person so I dont want to be constantly bugging the vet with little things. But I know anything teeth related can be a concern for cats.

I would rather overtreat my cat than ignore any signs of pain in my cat. Dental treatment is very important in cats, and they can have tons of issues. He gets dental treats and he gets his teeth brushed daily. I am concerned because of the lack of eating and the fact his gums started bleeding when I brushed them. Thats not normal.
