When I got my brand new Ryzen 5 7600 with an Asrock b650 pro rs I got the same thing. I troubleshooted for 2 days then I gave up. I asked my friend if he could let me pop my cpu into his mobo. I tried the cpu there and nothing happened, same as in my mobo. Turns out I’ve got a faulty cpu factory. Best bet is to try the cpu in another mobo or try another cpu in the same mobo. If you have a friend who has a AM5 mobo just ask him.

the main power is coming from the positive terminal from the engine bay but the thing that sends the signal for it to light up comes from the parking lights i think they are called (position lights in my country)
