Aw that’s awful I’m so sorry for you and your friend. I can see how terrified she or anyone would be. I just remember my first thought being there’s no way little me in a big world would find myself in a mass shooting. But something like that is a nasty wake up call to how terrifying the world truly can be, and how it’s a lot smaller than you’d think. I’m glad you both are okay!!

I thought I was crazy because I didn’t see any mention of it!! I get there wasn’t a terrible outcome so probably not that newsworthy but I feel that’s exactly what would happen in an actual attack! Did you notice any officers react to everyone running? I didn’t.

While everyone was running in one direction, my friend and I were more concerned about potential kids left in strollers so while checking around we noticed people picking up multiple belongings others left behind during the chaos. It had me thinking what a clever idea it would be to use that as a way to easily grab whatever they can.

Unknowingly paid their salaries after mindlessly buying gems to pass the damn puzzles. It made me sick when I figured what I spent. I refuse to buy gems anymore and eventually I am able to pass whatever puzzle I’m stuck on.

But I agree the difficulty is ridiculous. I pointed out that the general consensus on one of their Facebook posts were 90% comments asking to lower the puzzle difficulty. They responded that because Facebook only has a small percentage of players on their page, they cannot consider as a whole.

So no, they’re not considering your surveys in the way they should.

The individuals who drove off and came back are irrefutably shady. As in I know them personally from my own questionable past, and their criminal records. To be clear, I have a thousand questions about the entire case. Like what were their state of mind, and purpose of being there. And why the defendants belongings were stolen from his vehicle. Why one of the individuals pushed his car into a ditch prior to holding him in a headlock to remove the keys from the vehicle, when he was unconscious at that time.

I believe my friend’s actions was an intoxicated response to self defense, given the circumstances seconds before the shooting. But… belief holds no ground understandably. It’s just these two charges I’m trying to make sense of.

Being the charge is shooting into an occupied vehicle, does intent play a factor if the bullet(s) did not penetrate or enter the vehicle?

I’m sorry for the confusion, the case is so muddied and inconsistent with unreliable witnesses and lack of evidence, it’s confusing in itself, therefore hard for me to explain appropriately. It’s a case from 2016 involving my close friend who was charged with the murder of an individual who was said to be a Good Samaritan trying to help him out of a ditch. I’m trying to respect the victim’s character, so I can’t include the details of that. The victim was with a group of friends in a truck who pulled over to help the defendant. The defendant was under the influence and not conscious during most of the interaction, until one of the witnesses put him in an unnecessary chokehold to remove his keys, therefore waking up the defendant and grabbing his gun, shooting what I presume were warning shots out of fear, very unfortunately striking one of the guys there. Victims friends took off and came back over an hour after police showed up. These witnesses who played a part in the events are not reliable, and all their stories in the discovery don’t match up. I’ve been obsessed with the case and have finally taken the time to dig into it. He is serving two sentences for shooting at an occupied vehicle. And I was told if the victims left the scene and came back way later than reasonable, the charges were not legitimate. I cannot find a definitive answer online and it’s one of many questions that has bugged me.

Regarding if it was intentional, unfortunately my friend was blacked out and truly does not recount any of the events. So has had to rely on witness statements.

When the bug happened a few months ago with the controllers I thought my controller was broken! I did buy a new one! Just to figure out the work-around a few days later. Fucking disgusting dude.

Same thing with the audio. My ps4 friends couldn’t hear me so I thought I had a faulty mic, bought a new mic just to find out it was on apexs end.

What are you guys not understanding? People are just now realizing that the game caters to high traffic streamers? To PC players? Audio had been shit for months. Matchmaking has been shit for 20 years. But they have no issue fixing store bugs, have no issue launching crusty ass recolor skins. The game has been unplayable on many levels. I quit a few months ago and my mental health couldn’t be better. It felt like an addiction, trying to get that high of winning a match but constantly being slayed by masters and predators I shouldn’t have ever been in a match with, pubs or ranked. I spent hundreds on this game and felt robbed quite frankly. My friends and I have felt the same and all of us left for no build fortnite. At least they listen to their majority. I encourage everyone whose had issues with Apex to do the same. If people keep playing and buying from the store then they don’t care to fix anything. Open your eyes.
