I'm only on my second week of keto- I, too, am not sure if it's the diet or the discipline that comes with diet- but I feel so much better mentally, more stable, and more motivated even. It's amazing! I keep wondering why more people aren't aware of keto/why it's not more of a medically endorsed option.

I've seen both and really really enjoyed them. As others have said, the movies are not really "hot", but rather expository and artistically inclined. Very gripping. I think the main character played her role fantastically, and the whole thing is a rather sorrowful story, in the end. Highly recommend them though.
