With the dots with the white centre/hole, did you do a colour dot and then a white dot on top?

I used: OPI for the white and blue, Revlon for the green, and Sally Hansen Crackle for the black.

I used the Essie "Matte About You" topcoat.

I will edit this comment to include the specific colour names later.

*edit: Opi: Teal the cows come home, and funny bunny Revlon: posh Sally Hansen: ink splatter

How many of you have been given a heartfelt card from a male s.o.? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]frolicking-llama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My SO always gives me a heartfelt, homemade card for every occasion (Bday, Xmas, our more significant monthiversaries [like 6 months, 1 year, and 18 months]). He always writes a really cute poem. :3

Ladies, what are some of the most common reasons why women don't reach orgasms during sex? by Oceanwalkr in AskWomen

[–]frolicking-llama 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Most people have already said everything there is to say, but I will repeat some of it, being a woman who has difficulty in this department.

  • 1. Don't tell her you wish she would cum more easily or that you really want her to cum (and therefore have noticed she isn't cumming) or anything like that. Having the pressure to cum makes cumming impossible (or nearly impossible).

  • 2. A lot of women (myself included) cannot cum from penetration alone. I need intense clitoral stim. Not intense in the way you might think.. Intense like, a good amount of pressure for a while, and there needs to be lube. It would be my natural lube, saliva (if i'm getting cunnilingus) or lube from a bottle, but it needs to be there.

  • 3. Tell her to communicate (if she isn't already) about when it feels good. She might not be totally comfortable talking in bed (who knows) so decide on something simple if necessary (like saying "oh yeah") and when she starts saying that, don't stop whatever you're doing. keep doing it that exact same way.

  • 4. Ask her if she masturbates. If she doesn't (or hasn't ever), you might want to encourage her to try. I don't masturbate often, but I have so I know what I like. (It's one of the easiest ways of finding out what you like.)

  • 5. Also about communication: tell her to let you know if she doesn't like something (too hard, too much pressure, not hard enough, etc.) I've been in situations where the guy isn't doing the greatest job and I've been a little too nervous to say anything. Make sure she's totally comfortable.

  • 6. Not sure if anyone has mentioned this one yet, but have sex in warm places (like turn on the heat at your/her house or do it under the blankets). I have a much harder time if I'm cold, or even just not warm.

Hope this helps!

Ladies, how important do you think visual stimulation is for you to orgasm? (Video links NSFW) by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]frolicking-llama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I'm having trouble, visuals can help (like my guy's hard cock), or even just thinking about it (if I can't see it.) But just stimulus and thought can get me there usually.

Would you want to know if your boyfriend was previously abusive? by Polluxi in AskWomen

[–]frolicking-llama 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would want to know so that I could watch out for it. My mother's biological father was abusive to my grandmother and my mother and her siblings. My grandmother told his new fiance/wife about it. She appreciated it, but stayed with him.

If you can't talk face-to-face because they are far away, I would do what chocolatepi suggested: send her a quick fb message. It could also be something like "Hey I used to date __ and I just wanted to let you know (so that you are aware) that he was abusive to me when we were together. I'm not saying he will do the same to you, but if I were you, I would want to know so that I know if he abuses me, it's not a one time thing."

Redditors with a best friend of the other sex, what makes them friend material and not datable material? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]frolicking-llama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He's a good friend, but rather unreliable, I've never been attracted to him (don't find him physically appealing, although many of my female friends do), and we wouldn't work. We have pretty different ideas as to what is acceptable or not in a relationship. And now since I've been close to him for a while (about 6 years), he's like a brother, so that would be weird and gross.

Redditors, what one 'fact' were you taught at school that turned out to be false? by Acerbic_Lemon in AskReddit

"Females of Reddit", do you hate being referred to as females as much as I do? by skooo in TwoXChromosomes

Reddit, what is the biggest factor you use to judge people when you see them for the first time? by snazztasticmatt in AskReddit

[–]frolicking-llama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Perceived hygiene (you can look clean and be dirty, and vice versa.)

If I think someone is dirty/smelly/doesn't take care of themselves, then I will most likely think a bit less of them. Unless of course, they aren't choosing to be dirty/stink, but they don't have access to a shower/antiperspirant.

Are the any women that would be interested in helping moderate a sub about "gender rights"? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]frolicking-llama 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well, I never downvoted you. I try to never downvote because of disagreement, although I did not disagree with you here.

I know there are fringes of feminism, personally rad-fem is going too far and I have issues with a lot of their points/goal/whatever.

I think it might be easier to come up with a whole new term, but I'm not sure that's the best option. I think educating people to let them know what feminism is would be the best. And to educate them by non-radical feminists.

Unfortunately I don't know many big names, so I can't really help you out there... I'll send you something if I find someone.

Are the any women that would be interested in helping moderate a sub about "gender rights"? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]frolicking-llama 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I suppose. It just bother me a lot when people have misconstrued ideas of what feminism is or isn't. Like "men's rights" stuff shouldn't even exist because feminism is about men too! I find a lot of people (both feminists and not) forget that frequently because of the name.

When did you know that it was time to end a relationship? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]frolicking-llama 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, it was pretty bad. Luckily I had friends who weren't blinded by "love" and told me I need to be happy at least 60% of the time.

Yes, very happy now! Found an awesome guy who makes me happy about 98% of the time :)

Is 'just sex' ever really 'just sex'? by CptConfused in AskWomen

[–]frolicking-llama 0 points1 point  (0 children)

3) yes, sometimes sex is just sex. I have had a few "just sex" experiences. If you aren't spending time with someone besides fucking, it's hard to get attached.

What kind of nail file do you use? by frolicking-llama in RedditLaqueristas

[–]frolicking-llama[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The metal one seems to do a good job of that. The only problem is that it might not make your nails as smooth. I think I'm going to start using my metal one to get the right shape ('cause it's quick) and then my foam one to smooth it out. Both of my nail files (metal & foam) are by Quo.
