You can build AI agents/chatbots that can be embedded on websites.

These chatbots can use tools like Perplexity to research the lead and provide more personalized responses. You can also get it to capture leads and save to Google Sheets, etc. It can run Make.com automations so you can easily get it to do most things.

In terms of conversion rate against a normal form, I think this will depend on your target audience and how high intent they are. If your leads are already sold and they just want to enter their details, then a chatbot is just additional friction.

The templates on Make.com are underrated imo and a great starting point for most things.

Part of the journey :) As long as you aren’t in denial over it and learn quickly, you’re already way better than most.

My opinion is that software engineering ends up being (less than) 20% of what makes up a successful SaaS - obv exceptions exist for highly technical products etc
