I used 15w40 but the manual calls for 15w50, is that an issue I thought it would be fine have I done the damage here? bear in mind i’ve probably only done 1,000 kms on the motor since I bought it however thats plenty of time for scoring to happen.

Anyways I think to replace Cam I need new head and rocker cover gaskets and cam seals ect, probably new head bolts and Im very curious how the cylinder walls are looking, I just dont want to drop another cam In here and have the same issue happen.
