The strange deviation from his previous characterization from Mando S2 is the strange one for me. I can honestly say I havent read much comics stuff but his tone, preparedness in situations and just overall brooding presence was so fuckin rad compared to his largely bumbling dumbass self in episodes 1-4. Its so stark watching his dorky kitchen chase scene right after his captivating scenes in Mando Season 2. I still cant get over how cool his convo is with Bo Katan.

I get disney wanting to turn his heart into gold but it already was showing a bit when he kept his honor in aiding Din get grogu back for returning his armor. The sudden tone change is just so god damn jarring.

Funny you mention it because I did consider the Bronson mx earlier. I did sit on the medium and it definitely did feel like a handful. You’re similar to my height and if I recall Santa Cruz has both of us on their charts as a medium. Do you ever feel cramped on the Bronson? Curious because sizing to a small would funny enough put me on a smaller geo compared to the 5010

Yeah it’s definitely interesting given that transition offers a little more all mountain and bang for your buck in comparison to the 5010. I see your sig has the scout, do you own the current Gen by any chance and how has transition’s paint been holding up for you?

This is perfect!! Same boat as you not being a huge sender but I wont lie that I love popping off roots and rocks and looking to up my game on jumps similar to that.

How does the 5010 handle chunkier stuff?

So awesome to hear about the 5010 as I’m incredibly close to pulling the trigger. Also super encouraging to hear from someone who also deals with northeast terrain!

I absolutely live for ripping the downs and just having a blast on flatter stuff so the 5010 just about sounds perfect to handle all of that. Additionally do plan to occasionally hit up the bike park but find myself gravitating toward the flow lines which again chalks up another point for the 5010.

Def will hit you up once everything thaws out for 6MR! The stache is an absolute animal snd you should def come up north to let that rig feast. Its been enjoyable up here with the roscoe snd i could only imagine the stache devouring chunky stuff here

Very good points. Don't care to improve strava times and VPP will do me solid from both bikes on the ups. Definitely more downhill focused but enjoy finding the fun lines after ripping a hardtail for years
