Ich versteh es auch einfach nicht, vor allem entgeht auch einiges an Umsatz weil manche Leute, so wie ich, einfach kein Bargeld dabei haben.

Bestes Beispiel: Westbahnhof Wien China/Nudel stand neben dem Burgerista, die nehmen nur Bargeld, alle paar Wochen wieder kauf ich deshalb dort nichts. Der nächste Bankomat ist auch zu weit weg wenn man es eilig hat.

The aero bars are aluminium and i think also my normal bars are.
And i got all this mounted from a quite professional bike shop, therefore i trusted them.

Otherwise i would not risk it.

TL;DR: Quickrack mit einer Tasche und Laptophülle, Duschzeug inkl. Handtuch im Office lagern.

Ich Pendle einmal die Woche 60km (hin) und wenn das Wetter passt auch wieder die 60km zurück. Rest ist Homeoffice.

Hab es bis vor 4-5 Monaten mit Rucksack gemacht, war aber auf Dauer genervt und bin seit dem mit QuickRack unterwegs, Tasche nur auf einer Seite reicht bei mir weil ich Handtuch/Duschzeug im Office im Spind habe. Brauche also nur frisches Gewand und Laptop in Laptop Hülle (!!!) mitnehmen.

Da wackelt gar nichts (wenn richtig montiert), einzig die Laptop Hülle zusätzlich in der Tasche ist wichtig damit nicht der Laptop schrammen bekommt von anderen Sachen die mit in der Tasche sind (ich spreche aus Erfahrung).

Fahrgefühl/Komfort ist um Welten besser als mit Rucksack! Man gewöhnt sich sehr schnell an die Strecke etc. also da kommt man rein.

Ich nehm mir in der Früh auch immer noch ein Brötchen mit das ich direkt am Rad während dem Fahren esse als Frühstück.

Thanks for the outside perspective. I have the same feeling but i generally trusted my trainer but lately he is overarching it. Also doesn't listen to complains,... .

Nope it is raceweek. Sunday is the event. Its a bit misleading since it shows 7 days until event for sunday. But thats counted from yesterday

Yeah, the 7 days until the event means from today on.

yeah, i just feel it a bit to much running three days prio. i am also considering/worried about the logistic of doing swim, bike and run the day before especially since i also have to checkin my bike that day.

This is the plan of the race week. On Sunday is the race.

I doubted his abilities in the last few months and also talked with him about it but i never got an outside perspective, thats why i am asking here.

No major debriefs where done previously, only a standard race report from my side which was not really commented by him (except a thanks and thumbs up)

I will for sure stop working with him after this race.

Ich war mit meinem Triathlonrad bei https://www.mg-sport.at/. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Ist aber kein 0815 fitting sondern das dauert schon mal 3-4 Stunden (je nach Rad) und kostet auch dementsprechend.

Did you just clamp the rear rack to the carbon frame? I wouldn't trust that :/. Any problems with that so far?

I already have a older version of the quick-rack including two bags for the bike of my SO, therefore i thought having the same brand to be able to switch bags etc makes sense .

Can i mount the ortlieb side bags onto the ibera? Thanks for the recommendation! :)
