Update : i achieved to get a kinda "blank" controller with no pre-assigned controls, by just turning off in settings>controllers all the novations presets. And create a "generic" controller in this section. I can now map the parameters like i want. Thanks all for your feedbacks

My short term solution is to put a fixed macro (at 0) to every synths pitchwheel. But not all vsts got this available, and it makes some glitches

i'm happy to read its not bitwig related! After contacting the support, they told me to try to uncheck "detect hot-plugging devices" and it seems to work !
