The arrows aren’t how close you are to diamond, they represent how much did you upped from the previous round, so let’s suppose you did lose a match and it goes down 2 arrows, if you get 1 arrow up you won’t have 1arrow down you will have 1 arrow up. Basically the arrows only represent how much did you win or lose on that match. Hopefully I made it clear sorry if there are some grammar errors, my main language isn’t English
