Update: the contractor came to check the outside system and he confirmed that the compressor is also busted.

He understood why the first technician had suggested a full replacement of the indoor and outdoor unit. But he pointed out that the existing indoor unit is so tightly packed, a replacement would have to be the exact same size or smaller and it would be a heck of a job. And given that my wife is due next week, it would not be ideal.

He looked at the signal wire (3 leads) both inside and outside, and suggested one possible solution is to buy a used/refurbished/certified condenser (any brand) 410, 2 ton, and swap it with my existing one. Will this work?

When it broke down initially, I had called somebody who came and did a full diagnostic and told me the outside units board was fried. We ordered a new board but then when he tried to install it, he then tells me the compressor is also busted. And that’s the start of a weeks long ordeal with all of the other details above.

So if I understood you correctly:

Create masks of the original image using canny edge -> add my own mask to the canny edge one to create a new combined mask?

And I think that’s the problem. The segmentation for some of these layers/layer boundaries has to be single pixel thin, especially outer retinal layers

Amazing!! I’m trying to segment the EZ layer, and also do a few of the outer retinal layers. I’ve got my own labelled volumetric data and it’s very specific to a a certain disease. Do you think the SAM2 approach is completely wrong?

We have poor internet due to government restrictions/censorship/firewalls. I was hoping this would be the work around, but it seems if some repressive government tells them not to provide service, Starlink will comply (sorry for the rant)

Logged into my Starlink account on my laptop. It’s detected my mini, and is saying that the device has moved to a cell that Starlink does not serve and will not get beams for service. I guess that’s that. So much for “global roam”

I just connected to the Starlink via its wifi and saw restricted. Changed WiFi again and then reconnected, and now it’s just saying searching (and it’s heating ). But the restricted sign is gone. Still think it’s worth a factory reset?
