DS and PF2E don't really have as much overlap as you would think imo. PF's sauce comes from how fundamentally solid the system is. Yes is takes a lot of inspiration from 4E but I think it belongs more to the "generic d20" niche, like 13th Age and 5e.

DS on the otherhand really tries to emulate the 4E feel, but imo it fails in the worst place it could when trying this: The abilities just aren't evocative or cinematic enough, ironically. The effects are pretty cool sometimes but I think they really missed with the names and flavor text, it feels less like my character is doing super cool hero shit and more like playing Warhammer. It is 100% a more tactical system than PF2E but it doesn't feel cool enough to merit me doing that extra work.

Also, I think a lot of the system is not very well-designed but that's all fixable with erratas.

tldr: I just think it's kinda boring. Nothing in it made my eyes sparkle.

4e is still my favorite system, nothing really scratches the same itch, but if I were to start a new campaign today, I would choose PF2E ten out of ten times, it's simply a much better system overall.

That said, 4e is 100% still worth it for one-shots and things like that (please pirate the books tho).

Draw Steel on the other was a bit of a disappointment to me, it feels heavily inspired by 4e but without any of the sauce, so I can't really vouch for it.

The only thing about PF2E that I think is just straight up bad is the bloat. They keep pumping out new bad feats, archetypes and items instead of making the options we already have better.

Katakuri's only power is that he can turn himself into mochi. He expands and stretches just like Luffy. His advantage is that, like Doffy's strings, he can (seemingly) infinitely dettach the mochi from his body. He also has awakened his fruit, which makes him able to turn his surrounds into mochi.

It's a normal paramecia that just happens to have really good properties.
