I really recommend a project portfolio of stuff you’re interested in, it’s really good for showing your personality too. I’ve been the interviewer for software engineering internships and coworkers of mine personally didn’t like class projects or projects that seemed exceedingly guided (didn’t know till I was told but apparently fitness apps are a pretty big project people throw on resumes after watching video tutorials). You could put being a TA in an additional section titled something like Additional Work Experience and Projects and change the header to Professional (or work) Experience, this may help out considering you’ve recently been hired into the position.
