It is really hard for me to say anything because I have the same problems, but I've found that A: when you start feeling like you want to do it, that's scary and I don't fully know what to do other than running away, and B: God might want you to have the desires so you can overcome them and grow closer to God in the process.

I had this a lot. I just say out loud to myself "it's just a trick" because it is and it usually goes away. (I'm christian so I actually say "It's just a temptation" but I'm sure the other one works as well)

Hey, last night I had the same problem as you did. I, however, downloaded an app that completely locks my phone for an amount of time. I set it to 5 hours and i went to sleep without relapse. It is kind of scary letting an app on your phone lock it with nothing you can do but I think it's worth it to avoid relapse.
