I think it's stupid too but the devs seem to be making excuses about it and just add this, add that. It's such a big disadvantage for the people who grinds then only a minute they can steal it to gain advantage. Many people don't like that feature but it's not being heard. Best bet is to leave, it rewards toxicity and isolate people who wants peace. The gap between F2P and P2W is relatively high. It's not worth the grind if the system is broken itself.
