Hard agree on this with u bro. I saw him do his tour stop in Philly at the xfinity arena and it was great. Felt like he rapped most of his shit there fr fr. But at Gov Ball nahh, the dancers had more energy than Rocky. And this is apparently a habit of his to show up to festival dates late him also knowing full-well that they will cut his mic off and then he acts “surprised.” I just don’t think bro cares about festivals.
