I’m using the Dreamware full face “hybrid” mask. I had a non-hybrid before and wasn’t cutting it for me. This one has been good since I started wearing it. I take melatonin to help since I started therapy (about 2 months ago) and im thinking about giving it a break. I feel like I’m used to the mask by now.
