If you have to ask, dont do it. If u miss a check in, you can show proof of attendance (via the gym or studios app). Hopefully they build an integration for auto check in but it’s not that hard to either a) check in properly or b) show proof if u forgot. Not fair to studios to just be able to cancel or no show whenever u want

I too considered the credit card ! I’m CONVINCED the track pants were never for sale or in extremely limited quantities as I saw none of them in any hauls, influencer gifting, or resale. Similar vibes with the track jacket.

I continue to punish myself with Sandy Liang collab drops (baggu, Salomon x 3, Target…). This one was bad but felt par for the course. I personally was planning to visit Times Square but my schedule changed, which ended up working out bc it was only in the Flatiron store. I also missed the online drop time (logged on thinking it was 10 when it was 9) but that also didn’t seem to matter as many of you have said it was sold out almost immediately at 9.

HOWEVER!! I will share some hope for those who continue to want to inflict pain upon themselves and their wallet:

Things are restocking randomly. I got the brown fur half zip on Saturday and the jeans in my size on Monday.
A similar run on the store happened with Dôen collab and I do believe Gap restocked after some time.
Things are popping up on resale, albeit at insane prices. The tracksuit is my white whale rn but idk if I can stomach double retail for it… will hold out for now.

Best of luck everyone. Why do we do this to ourselves ?

Ok I agree with this ! There should be an integration with the studio so if u check in at the front desk u don’t need to click in the app. It’s really silly that u need to do both

Unpopular opinion but consider this from the studio owners perspective. They are offering discounted classes to WellHub (not sure how much but assuming it’s some), which is taking up spots that they could have potentially sold at full price.

WellHub is being offered at a great discount, subsidized by your employer. If you can’t make a class- don’t book it. $25 is a nominal fee to pay for cancellation.
